Can I Order a Catalog? Since we create and design our own cards and are continuously updating our collections of thousands of cards to choose from, we do not create and maintain a printed catalog. With the large number of cards available on our website, it would be as large as a phone book! Seriously, we have chosen to get the latest and greatest new products to our customers almost the day we receive or design them. A printed catalog would be obsolete before we could even get it designed and printed, not to mention we would have to raise our prices to cover the cost. How Long Does it Take to Get My Order? If you place your order during business hours you usually will receive your proof with in an hour or so. How May Proofs Can I Get? How Many Additional Proofs May I Get? Your Proof will be emailed to you within ONE HOUR during the business day, and we will send you as many revised proofs as necessary to get your personalized cards exactly like you want. What Kind of Paper (Card Stock) Do You Use? All of our card stock are Acid and Lignan FREE, Avon Crest, White, 80 lb, and are 5" x 7". Our images are either portrait (7" high x 5" wide) or landscape (5" high x 7" wide). The weight of the cards used on our site is similar to paper used for greeting cards. The most commonly used paper is 80 pound cover stock. |

What Type and Quality of Envelopes Do You Include? We offer matching envelopes for both our invitations and thank you cards. They are Avon Crest White, 5¼" high and 7¼" wide for the invitation envelopes and our matching Thank You Card envelopes are Avon Crest, White, 5¾" wide and 4⅜" high. |

Can I Get MY Return Address Imprinted on the Envelopes? Yes, envelopes can be imprinted with a return address on the back flap for .35¢ per envelope on both the invitation and thank you envelopes. The addresses are printed in black ink in the same font you have chosen for your announcement or invitation printing. You may use up to THREE lines for your Return Address. |

Can You Help Me With Apostrophes on Return Addresses? One of the most common mistakes we see is the addition of an apostrophe on a return address name. An apostrophe indicates possession such as "The Clark's red car," something that belongs to you. On a return address, you are referring to plural, meaning more than one person in the Clark family, so the correct usage is "The Clarks" (with no apostrophe). |

Can You Change the Skin Tone Color of the People on the Cards? Yes! Since we design and print our own cards, almost all of our cards on our site can be changed to your special request. Tell Me About the Different Images Display for Various Monitors! Images viewed on a computer monitor are at 72 dpi (dots per inch). The graphics and ink colors printed on our designs are anywhere from 600 dpi to 1400 dpi or more. Because of this huge difference in dpi and colors that are deemed "web safe" are not the same as items scanned for view, colors may not appear true when you view the invitations on the website and the typeset proof we upload to the My Account login may not be the true colors. |

Do You Print Your Name, Logo or Other Data on Back Side of My Personalized Cards? All Card Designs are copyrighted and are the Property of the Cards' Manufacturers and Designers. What is Your Shipping Policy? What is Your Cancellation Policy? If an order is canceled after it has been submitted, but before it has been printed, you will be refunded the cost or your order paid LESS: (a) the cost of any products that have been already been printed and / or shipped early, PLUS (b) any charges incurred prior to cancellation and (c) a $25.00 non-refundable cancellation fee. There is No Cancellation or Refund of an Order After it has Been Approved for Printing, has been Printed or has been shipped. If you have approved your proof for printing, you may NOT cancel your order and receive ANY refunds. Can I Return My Order? Due to the personalized nature of all our products, we cannot accept any Returns. There are NO refunds or returns of any blank stock at any time. Blank stock orders are processed as soon as they are received and in some instances, shipped within minutes of processing your order. |

What is Your Policy Regarding Printing Errors? We guarantee that your order will be printed exactly as shown on the FREE proof you have approved to print. If your printed order is incorrect when you received it due to: (a) the information was not printed exactly as you approved on Your proof, OR (b) in the case where a Proof was not requested or submitted, your cards were not printed with the information exactly as you submitted in your order. We will reprint your order at no charge the Same Day. Any reprints due to errors on our part, will be shipped to you the same shipping method as your first order. If your first order was shipped via Ground, the reprint will also be sent via Ground. You may upgrade the shipping for an additional fee.
If your printed order is incorrect when you received it due to: (a) the printed card contains errors that originated from the information submitted on your initial Order, (b) the printed card contains omissions that were not on your submitted Order OR (c) the printed card contains errors you did not correct in the proof when you approved it to print, regardless of the origin of the error. Your order will be reprinted at 75% of the original costs and shipped the SAME DAY. Additional shipping charge will also be incurred and any applicable Louisiana sales tax charges. |

Can I Reduce the Quantity I Ordered Initially? Once you order has been submitted, all departments begin their respective jobs, including pulling the stock for your order in the quantity that appears on your order form. To reduce your order there will be a processing fee of $15.00 to make that quantity change. We reserve the right for any refund $15.00 or under to not be credited back to your credit card but instead to receive more cards to make up for that difference. |
