What Does the Cost of Cards and Envelopes Include?
The cost of your Cards includes the Avon Crest card stock, set up, ink color, typestyle and printing. Envelopes are NOT included in the cost of your card and are .10¢ each.
What Kind of Paper (Card Stock) Do You Use?
All of our card stock are Acid and Lignan FREE, Avon Crest, White, 80 lb, and are 5" x 7". Our images are either portrait (7" high x 5" wide) or landscape (5" high x 7" wide). The weight of the cards used on our site is similar to paper used for greeting cards. The most commonly used paper is 80 pound cover stock. The paper weight of each item is listed on its order form. If you have any questions about the weight of the paper, please let us know before you place your order. No adjustments or refunds will be made due to the paper weight of any design shown on our site. No exceptions.
What Type and Quality of Envelopes Do You Include?
We offer matching envelopes for both our invitations and thank you cards. They are Avon Crest White, 5¼" high and 7¼" wide for the invitation envelopes and our matching Thank You Card envelopes are Avon Crest, White, 5¾" wide and 4⅜" high.
Can I Get MY Return Address Imprinted on the Envelopes?
Yes, envelopes can be imprinted with a return address on the back flap for .35¢ per envelope on both the invitation and thank you envelopes. Return address imprinting is an extra charge and will be shown as an option on the order form if it is available for the design you are viewing. The addresses are printed in black ink in the same font you have chosen for your announcement or invitation printing. You may use up to THREE lines for your Return Address.
Can You Help Me With Apostrophes on Return Addresses?
One of the most common mistakes we see is the addition of an apostrophe on a return address name. An apostrophe indicates possession such as "The Clark's red car," something that belongs to you. On a return address, you are referring to plural, meaning more than one person in the Clark family, so the correct usage is "The Clarks" (with no apostrophe).
Can I Get Blank Cards, With NO Text Printed on the Cards?
Yes, Blank Cards are available and cost .20¢ LESS than the original card cost of the card. This option is available on our personalization page under the box where you enter your text.
When Will My Order be Printed?
If you approve your proof by 2:00 p.m. (CST), we will print and ship your order the SAME DAY. The time it takes to be delivered to you depends on the shipping method you selected at the check out, ranging from Next Day Air to five to seven business days.
Can I Order Blank Cards and Print Them Myself?
Yes, you can order Blank Cards, i.e. Cards with Image only and NO Text Printed, for .20¢ LESS than the Unit Card Cost Show for Each Respective Card. The Blank Cards should work in laser and/or ink jet printers, but as there are so many home printers available, we do not guarantee any blank paper will work with the system and/or printer you have. Because we cannot resell paper that has bent edges or other defects (would you want us to resell returned paper to you?), there is NO refund or return of blank cards for any reason, so please be sure you really want to do the printing before you order blank cards. We have found that in most cases, you will save money by buying printed announcements or invitations. If we do the printing, we will save you time, as we do this all day long, we save you a lot of frustration in figuring out how to print, and if we goof up (which happens occasionally), we absorb the cost of replacing the paper to fill your order - If you goof, you have to buy more paper.
